Back from a short nap, The Summit Podcast rolls on. This week we connected with Matt Blood from Cumberland, Rhode Island. Matt owns and operates Paragon Tile Installations going full-time with his business in February after stepping away from a 15 year firefighting career. Matt was a great interview and he shared a lot about the career transition as well as the physical transformation he made in the process.
